Temicorin is a relatively new class of macrolide antibiotics for livestock and poultry, temicorin phosphate, also known as temicorin phosphate, is a chemical semi-synthetic large intra-ring lipid antibiotic, which is a new type of drug for animal use at present. It has a wide antibacterial spectrum and strong inhibitory effect on Gram-negative bacteria and positive bacteria, as well as a variety of mycoplasma and spirochetes.
1. Timicoxacin has an antibacterial profile similar to that of thalectin, but with an enhanced effect against Pasteurella multocida and Pasteurella haemolyticus.
Because of its special antibacterial activity and pharmacokinetic characteristics, the drug has been approved for clinical use in the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases in cattle, goats, sheep, cows, pigs, chickens and other animals. Especially animal respiratory diseases, such as livestock actinomycosis pleural pneumonia, pasteurella disease and chicken mould body disease and lactation animal mastitis treatment.
2. It is mainly used to treat the infection caused by pleural pneumonia, actinobacillus, pasteurella and mycoplasma.
