Loratadine is a commonly used anti-allergic drug. It belongs to the second generation of long-acting tricyclic antihistamines. It has fast onset and strong effect. It does not contain hormones. It can inhibit the allergic symptoms caused by histamine by competitively inhibiting the histamine H1 receptor, and has no obvious anticholinergic and central inhibitory effects. It is clinically used to relieve symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, runny nose and itching of the nose, as well as itching and burning of the eyes. Also used to relieve symptoms of chronic urticaria and other allergic skin conditions.
Loratadine is an antihistamine drug with high selectivity for peripheral nerve H1 receptors, strong action and long duration. It is a long-acting tricyclic antihistamine that competitively inhibits histamine H1 receptor and inhibits allergic symptoms caused by histamine. No significant anticholinergic and central inhibitory effects.
