Product Description

Lidocaine is a local anesthetic drug, also known as cyrocarpine, which has replaced procaine in recent years and is widely used in cosmetic surgery for local infiltration anesthesia. It blocks nerve excitation and conduction by inhibiting the sodium ion channel of nerve cell membrane. Its lipid solubility and protein binding rate are all higher than procaine, with strong cell penetration ability, quick effect, long action time, and the action intensity is 4 times of procaine.
 

The product is an amide type local anesthetic. It is clinically used in invasive anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, surface anesthesia (including mucosal anesthesia during thoracoscopy or laparoscopic surgery) and nerve block. In order to prolong the time of anesthesia and reduce the toxic side effects of lidocaine, epinep can be added to anesthetics.

Lidocaine can also be used to treat premature ventricular beats, ventricular tachycardia, ventricular arrhythmias caused by digitalis poisoning, cardiac surgery and cardiac catheters after acute myocardial infarction, including premature ventricular beats, ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation. In addition, it is also used for patients with persistent epilepsy who fail to respond to other anticonvulsants and for local or intraspinal anesthesia. But supraventricular arrhythmias are not usually effective.
