Ozagrel sodium is a sodium salt form of antiplatelet agglutinant Ozagrel. It is a thromboxane (TXA) synthase inhibitor. It can selectively inhibit thromboxane synthase and TXA synthesis, so as to inhibit the production of TXA2 and promote the production of prostacyclin (PGI2). It has the effects of anti platelet aggregation and relieving vasospasm. It can inhibit cerebral embolism and cerebral vasospasm.
