Description	A novel peripheral dopamine receptor antagonist that does not cross the blood-brain barrier; anti-emetic. Domperidone(Motilium) is a dopamine blocker and an antidopaminergic reagent.

1. Domperidone is used for the treatment of gastroparesis (especially diabetic gastro-light gastroparesis), which can eliminate the symptoms of gastric retention and shorten the gastric emptying time; patients with moderate to moderate functional dyspepsia It can completely eliminate or significantly reduce symptoms such as abdominal distention, epigastric pain, belching, early
satiety, nausea, and vomiting after meals.

2. Reflux gastroesophageal and esophageal diseases: Domperidone has a significant effect on reflux gastritis, but it is not very satisfactory for the efficacy of reflux esophagitis.

3. Peptic ulcer: Domperidone can be used as an adjunctive treatment for peptic ulcers (mainly gastric ulcers) to eliminate antral retention.
